Bhumika is a legal professional with over a decade of experience in litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory. A First-Class Honours graduate from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, she is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
Bhumika has extensive experience representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and tribunals. Her diverse practice spans sectors including infrastructure, construction, energy, e-commerce, FMCG, and media. She has advised leading corporates, public sector undertakings, and emerging start-ups in complex, high-value disputes, including large-scale construction and infrastructure arbitrations, as well as intricate commercial conflicts involving multinational entities.
Her practice also encompasses dispute management, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, start-up advisory, and strategic corporate counsel, offering clients comprehensive legal solutions aligned with their commercial objectives.
Prior to Joining E.L.F. Partners, Bhumika was associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she advised major corporate clients and PSUs, managed significant litigation portfolios and corporate advisory mandates.
At E.L.F. Partners, Bhumika provides strategic advice on evaluation and legal due diligence of claims considered for legal funding.
