Pranav is the Founder of ELF Partners Pte Ltd, a company that provides consultancy services to litigants who require litigation funding. Apart from connecting litigants to the funders, ELF helps with the initial due diligence of a matter by evaluating the legal merits of the case, a quantum analysis of the claim amount, and an investigation into the assets of the other side, thus helping make a consolidated pitch to the funder.

At present, Pranav acts as a Consultant for ELF Partners. Prior to establishing ELF Partners, Pranav was Head (South Asia) for Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and was based in the SIAC Mumbai office. As Head (South Asia), Pranav was responsible for SIAC's operations in India (Mumbai and GIFT City, Gujarat) and business development activities in South Asia. He focussed on helping companies, investors, and lawyers in the region understand how they can efficiently resolve international commercial disputes by raising their awareness and knowledge about the dispute resolution services offered by SIAC.

Pranav regularly represented SIAC at various conferences and events and also organised training and networking events that showcased advantages of institutional arbitration and SIAC's capabilities.

Prior to joining SIAC, Pranav was working with the International Arbitration and dispute resolution team of a UK Magic Circle firm.

During his time at the UK Magic Circle firm, he worked on several SIAC, ICC, LCIA and ICSID arbitrations and also advised clients on mediation matters. He was also appointed secretary to the tribunal for SIAC arbitrations. In addition to arbitration matters, he has been part of a team to undertake global investigations of regulatory breaches and also has experience of working on insolvency and restructuring matters.
